Voting is underway for the popular one word one object challenge and now moving on to a stock card challenge. Reflecting on something that really delights you may be a good place to start for inspiration.

Requirements:
Create a new stock card, judges will weigh heavily on how well your wording and image fit the category choice along with great typography choices, unique design and added value.
Find an image that just screams DELIGHTED and create a message to fit the challenge theme and your category choice. Any person, any age, any animal, any object that has a way to express delight is acceptable. Your message may contain any form of the word DELIGHT, but DOES NOT HAVE TO, as long as the image you choose expresses that emotion.
Focus creating a card for any category, that is well suited to the image you choose.
ONLY Big Stock cards will be accepted in this challenge.
The judges will be looking for professional quality text layout, typography placement and font combinations.
Blank verse will not be considered for entry in this challenge.
Only ONE card per artist per challenge.

Hi Mindy, I have not made a big stock greeting card before but wanted to give it a go. I have made one but it now appears in my Manage Cards area with the status of Private - No Review. I can’t find in any of the help documents how to get to to be sent for review for the approvers to make public so I can enter the competition. If you (or anyone else) can point me in the right direction as to guidance on this, I would be most appreciative! Best, Rosie
You’re correct, it’s hard to find. The normal link from the Admin Page > Stock Card Creations > Learn More is not pointing directly to the forum post. It got changed when the new forum rolled out just recently. Here is a link that will help you out: Stock Card Creations – New GCU Service

Quick tip, all Stock Cards will be in Private - No Review until reviewed so it sounds like everything is as it should be so far. You should see it reviewed and change status in the next 24 to 48 hours. If not, please post back here with the pid#.

Yes, Stock Cards, I’ve created hundreds, they show as Private until approved. Don’t worry the review team knows the card is out there and once it’s approved it will show as such and become available in the public marketplace at which point you can grab the link and enter the challenge.
Aww thank you Mindy, I knew from the various help documents it would show as private but it was the fact it said Private - No Review which threw me as I thought that meant it wasn’t being reviewed but all is good and I appreciate you taking the time to come back to me. I have woken up this morning to an email saying it has been approved so I will wait for it to appear publicly and then I can enter the competition. And more excitingly I now know how to create stock cards for future challenges! All the best, Rosie
